Shipping Policy

CANY Online Gallery is offering free shipping in the lower 48 States.

CANY ships via UPS, FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Express Saver. Please allow up to 7 business days for handling and delivery.

CANY will provide White Glove Delivery in the cases that the work is in the same area as the buyer.

If you wish faster shipping, please specify by checking box in purchase screen.

For faster shipping or destinations outside the lower 48, please request a quote for shipping cost before placing order.

Damage in transit

If you experience any problems at all regarding your order, please contact us at canyonlinegallery@gmail.com or 908 256 4590.

If the packaging appears to have been damaged in transit, then,

1. Take detailed pictures of the damage before unpacking.
2. Carefully unpack the work and examine for damage. If you find any, take detailed pictures of the damage to the work.
3. Email CANY all the pictures.
4. CANY will contact you regarding further instructions.
